Rev. Dale Matherly – Interim Executive Regional Minister
Email – [email protected] On November 27, 2023, the Board of the Central Rocky Mountain Region Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) (CRMR) unanimously voted to call the Rev. Dale Matherly to serve as its Interim Executive Regional Minister. Dale Matherly comes to the CRMR from Topek, KS, serving faith communities of all sizes for other three decades. He's known as a leader, coach, mentor, and facilitator helping others realize their aspirations. Dale believes that in tending to his relationships with other human beings, he is tending to his relationship with the divine. It is not always easily accomplished; and remains, always, essential to walking the path following Jesus. |
Shelly Garrison – Associate Regional Minister for Youth
Email – [email protected] Shelly earned her Masters of Divinity at Brite Divinity School and has been active in ministry for more than 30 years. She currently works with children with special needs at Manitou Springs Elementary. Shelly enjoys working out, building things, and aspires to live up to the admiration and love her dogs give her each day. |
Rhonda Padilla – Executive Assistant/Communications Specialist
Email – [email protected] Rhonda Padilla has been serving as the worship pastor for Mountair Christian Church since 2017. She served as associate pastor in 2022 until she was called to be the Regional Executive Assistant for CRMR office. She continues to serve as worship pastor and serving as an elder and a member of the MCC board. She created and leads a women's group called Faith Focus. This group is learning how to nurture relationships with a foundation of faith using the word of truth to build a much-needed trust in God and one another. Rhonda Loves serving the region in an administrative capacity along with being a regional board member and part of the regional transformation team. Her joy is serving the Central Rocky Mountain Region and aims to support clergy in every capacity that she can. Academically, Rhonda has graduated from Phillips Theological Seminary in 2021 with her certificate of Ministry and is currently in pursuit of her MDiv at Lexington Theological Seminary. Nothing compares to the love she has for her family, especially her 6 grandchildren ranging from 2-13. A close second is her love for music/worship and her hobbies are cake decorating, spiritual vocal coaching, drawing and writing. |
