I think these are worthwhile but maybe it would serve better if they were not dated. They appear to be timeless in nature but with the dates they look “outdated”.

Thanks for the different perspective, Marlene. They are there as part of the historical record (i.e., which e-newsletter they were in). Let me think about how I can do both – keep the historical part and respect the “timelessness” of the spiritual practice.
